French Dark III

Mellow Brazils with just a hint of walnut shell and mature off-the-green Centrals were made to be dark roasted together. French has a sturdy caramel quality, with that elusive peek-a-boo of walnut in the Cerrados beginning to resemble the sweetness of chestnut in complexity. In the vanilla toffee finish there is something of almond oil.

Guatemala SHB EP

Dark and deep, with just a hint of the brightish acidity that is a hallmark of its brethren. The darker roast accentuates the cup's­s complexity and deepens its body and flavor. They are balanced by a vanilla bean smoothness. The coffee maintains a delicate balance between sweetness and roasty poignant spiciness. Italian has a robust quality with burnished brown musky flavors, and a chestnut musk dried peaches roundness. The darker roast brings out a chestnut complexity from the Cerrado.
